- Adam Gooch
- Originally from Ohio, Executive Chef Adam L. Gooch graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and fell in love with the city of Pittsburgh. Gooch was the Executive Sous Chef of Fox Chapel Golf Club for eight years and Executive Chef of the Gladco Inc. at the Pittsburgh International Airport, Edgewood Country Club and recently from The Willow Room where he has won numerous awards from Best Event Center to Table Top Award from Foodservice Equipment Magazine. Gooch studied in France at the La Cordon Bleu and Ritz Escoffier as well as here in the U.S. at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Gooch holds office as a board member of the American Culinary Federation Pittsburgh Chapter. He also holds many local and national Ice Carving Medals and is a member of the National Ice Carving Association. Exceeding the diner’s expectations is a key focus of Chef Adam. He loves to impress you with new and innovative ways of preparing "everyday" foods.
dear sir.how are you sir.i hope sir are fine there.sir.iam faiz from malayisan.i am working as manager in global university in my country.for me no't to say anyting about ice carving.becouse.sir is pro..sir i like to make friendship with sir.and i like to do ice carving.before i lean ice carving skill with harbin china ice carving group.i lean the ice skill about 22year.in my country i do for so many wedding.evant..last time i am in resort....so my full time job is ice carving only.the time i do so many ice carving..but hall ice carving is so big size.about 25 by 20.drogan carving i am one person..now i want to no more about ice carving skill..and lean with sir...if anyting's can i has sir about carving..and i don't hafe proper carving tools. this 22year's i used 2 pcs carving tool only.one is used for wood and one is carving tool..i don"proper ice carving tools.but now i net help from sir....can i used thi's 2 tools for ice carving.is good for ice carving..pls reply for me.tq dear sir....my..email...iceart5009@gmail.com
